Esse\nmovimento ocasiona a mudan\u00e7a de polaridade, levando a despolariza\u00e7\u00e3o celular.\nOs principais \u00edons envolvidos nesse processo s\u00e3o o s\u00f3dio (Na+), pot\u00e1ssio (K+) e\nC\u00e1lcio (Ca2+). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem dois tipos de potencial de a\u00e7\u00e3o no cora\u00e7\u00e3o de acordo\ncom o tipo celular: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Potencial de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Resposta R\u00e1pida <\/li><li>Potencial de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Resposta Lenta <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potencial de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Resposta\nR\u00e1pida<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 o potencial de a\u00e7\u00e3o encontrado\nnos mi\u00f3citos contr\u00e1teis e fibras de Purkinje. \u00c9 dividido em 05 fases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 0- Despolariza\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida.\nAp\u00f3s a c\u00e9lula ser estimulada, os canais de s\u00f3dio s\u00e3o abertos com grande influxo\nde s\u00f3dio (Na+) para dentro. A polaridade que inicialmente era -90mv vai se\ntornando progressivamente mais&nbsp; positiva\ncom a entrada desses \u00edons, chegando a +20mV no final dessa fase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 1 -Repolariza\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida\ninicial. Nessa fase ocorre inativa\u00e7\u00e3o dos canais de s\u00f3dio com abertura dos\ncanais de Pot\u00e1ssio. A polaridade cai de +20mV at\u00e9 aproximadamente 0mV com a\nsa\u00edda da c\u00e9lula de Pot\u00e1ssio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 2- Plat\u00f4. Fase marcada pelo\nequil\u00edbrio, com entrada de C\u00e1lcio na c\u00e9lula e sa\u00edda de pot\u00e1ssio, mantendo a\npolaridade aproximadamente em 0mV. A entrada de C\u00e1lcio na c\u00e9lula nessa fase \u00e9\nrespons\u00e1vel pelo processo de contra\u00e7\u00e3o muscular. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 3- Repolariza\u00e7\u00e3o R\u00e1pida. &nbsp;Essa fase \u00e9 marcada pelo fechamento dos canais\nde C\u00e1lcio e perman\u00eancia da sa\u00edda da c\u00e9lula dos \u00edons Pot\u00e1ssio, fazendo com que a\npolaridade v\u00e1 se negativando progressivamente at\u00e9 -90mV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 4- Fase de Repouso. Essa \u00e9 a fase que determina a propriedade de automatismo. Diferentemente da fase 04 do potencial de resposta r\u00e1pida, essa fase apresenta um aumento lento e gradual da voltagem sem precisar de um est\u00edmulo externo. Quanto mais inclinado essa fase, maior a frequ\u00eancia de despolariza\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e9lula (maior a frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca). Quando a curva atinge o valor de -40mV, acontece o potencial de disparo e \u00e9 gerado um novo potencial de a\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa modifica\u00e7\u00e3o de forma espont\u00e2nea acontece devido a corrente <em>Funny<\/em> (If), tamb\u00e9m denominada de corrente de marcapasso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase 0- Despolariza\u00e7\u00e3o Ascendente. &nbsp;Essa fase \u00e9 marcada pela entrada de C\u00e1lcio na\nc\u00e9lula.
